Q Park Měšice is located 15 km northeast of Prague city centre and provides warehousing, production, service and office space in first-class standard. On a total of 16 hectares you can find 20 structures with a total usable area of over 35,000 m2 for warehouses and 6,000 m2 for offices, including 20,000 m2 for parking.

We pay attention not only to functionality, but also to the design and high-end equipment of the premises to meet the needs of our clients. The high architectural value of the buildings in the complex is reflected in the prestigious award, Building of the Year of the Central Bohemian Region, which was awarded to facility Q1 in 2017 after a process of ambitious redesign.

We see our clients as partners. As we seek to improve their business setting and contribute to the quality of their services and products in this way, we take the comprehensive development and upgrading of the complex as one of the priorities; we have invested over 250 million CZK into the area in recent years.

Sustainability

Sustainability is a key priority for us, which is why we have decided to invest heavily in renewable energy towards energy self-sufficiency.

Already now, we are able to cover part of our energy consumption from our own photovoltaic power plants that we have installed on our premises. This step is only the beginning of our path towards energy independence. Our ambitious goal is to achieve 100% coverage of energy consumption from renewable sources within two years.

We intend to achieve this through seasonal hydrogen energy storage, which we are collaborating on with the innovative company Henry Home Backup. Their technology will allow us to use excess energy collected in the summertime even during periods of rather low solar energy production.

We believe that this step will not only bring environmental benefits, but will also be an advantage for cooperation with our partners and clients.
